Cancellation / Refund Policy

We want your experience with MSIMCRM to be fair and transparent. This policy explains how you can cancel your subscription and when refunds apply. 

Cancellation 

• You may cancel your subscription within 1 day of purchase and receive a full refund. 

• After 1 day, cancellation requests are accepted but may not be eligible for refund (see below). 

Refund Eligibility 

• Full refund if requested within 7 working days of initial payment. 

• No refund will be processed once the Services have been activated or substantial deliverables delivered. 

Non-Refundable Items 

• Setup or onboarding fees 

• Custom domain name registrations 

• Digital/downloadable content after activation 

Refund Process & Timeline 

• If refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days. 

• All refund decisions are final, subject to our discretion with reference to your usage and status.
