These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of MSIMCRM (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the services provided via the website and application (“Services”). 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

2. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. 

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 

• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. 

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments 

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. 

• You pay the fees as per your plan; non-payment may result in temporary suspension or termination. 

• You may upgrade or cancel your subscription according to the Cancellation/Refund Policy. 

5. Intellectual Property 

• All software, templates, content, trademarks, logos, etc. used in MSIMCRM are the property of MSIMCRM / Murmu Software Infotech. 

• You retain ownership of your data (documents, client info, invoices, etc.) but grant us a license to use/process it solely for service delivery. 

6. Acceptable Use 

You must not: 

• Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes 

• Spam, harass, or use hateful content 

• Distribute harmful code, malware, etc. 

• Copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the software without permission 

7. Uptime, Support & Disclaimers 

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. 

• Services are provided “as is” subject to maintenance / technical downtime. 

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions. 

8. Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of breach of Terms or misuse. You may also terminate by canceling your subscription as per policy. 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
